For talking rot.

My leg is quite sore. I dunno if I can put up with a few months of this.

The closest I've ever had to an injury was splitting my chin open kept me out for ten days, the worst part of it was having to wear a huge bandage on my chin that made me look like one of those kids who have bandages in the most awkward places to stop them picking a scab.

What did you do, Feic?
Did my ankle a few months back. Still sore at times, stupid weak girly bones.

Torn cruciate, much fun. I'm quite worried about putting on a good bit of weight over the next few months or so, I can't play contact sports for 6 months.

Dreamer bulk in progress..

If I were you I'd ****ing do a whorish amount of Upper body Work for beach muscles...put on some serious mass.. because when you get back running and **** you are going to have to do a ridiculous amount of weight training on the legs to get back up to speed anyways...so might as well do something productive with your time

Shame my bro sold the bench a good week before I did the thing, but I might join a gym for le summer. I'm a member of the gym in college but it's a massive trek.

get yourself down to the local get a membership and really become a full blown Gym rat..I go through certain weeks of this..

I can get myself a 5 month membership for €130, which seems ridiculously reasonable.

I've just started thinking and realizing how small and useless we are in this World.

Quite big earthquake (5.9) shaked Bologna in the northern Italy (actually it happened 20 ml away from the city where I live) 9 days ago, and this morning again (5.8) and 2 immediatly after lunch (5.3 and 4.9)...

Ancient buildings and churches crumbled, this is a low risk zone, earthquakes like these happen in 4-500 years, but what makes me angry are 8-10 year old factories crumbling over workers. Even some of the most advanced biotech factories in Europe!

7 people died (2 of heart attacks) on May the 20th, and unfortunately at least 15 today when the quakes came after few days of calm, but with already stressed buildings... and most of all are humile workers only guilty of trusting their bosses and loving their job and family trying to find gather money!

This can't happen, this means my country is really rotten even in one of their best, safest and economically advanced region (Emilia-Romagna).

It's not the first earthquake I felt, but there are so many in these days...

And it doesn't stop.

I got a photodiode in the post on Friday. With the help of a multimeter and a voltage dependant bell, I've managed to construct a rather crude bit of goal line technology for our regular beer pong tournaments. Science in action of wha?

What does one need goalline technology for in beer pong?

If it goes in the cup you drink,no?

Yes, but a few of my friends are assholes and get quite upset should someone's hand cross the line of the last cup. My new laser system prevents while indulging my twin loves of fecking about with technology and stuff and drinking.

Brilliant.

It was this time last year that I built the tower of Power......Sigh...

We dun goofed and got glass shotglasses the first time we used it...and they shattered...Didn't stop one of my more intellectually challenged friends to try and slowly drink the dregs from said shattered glass though...

I built one of them. Tbh, you have to use glass shot glasses. The plastic ones don't have enough weight and will kind of flip up as opposed to just falling vertical, meaning the spirit goes everywhere. As long as you get your heights right and use a decent shot glass (ie. not really cheap/skinny glass) shattering shouldn't be a problem. Oh, you could also add more mixed too, slow the fall down a touch.

Gway with your solutions , We didn't use the snap back thing so much as used a lever style so that when the shot was lifted the next one would be to heavy on the other side of the fulcrum and would fall into the glass.. Couldn't find rubber bands in the shed we built it :p

Well that 's a ****ing recipe for disaster, innit? The shot glass is almost certainly going to hit the rim of the larger glass below side on then. Silly LN7.
