He resigned at 10am this morning which perhaps explained the good performances from the Wallabies.

Very disappointed that a man can be hounded out of his job. Perhaps his decision was to do with losing the dressing room because of the repeat offender called kurtley Beale. 2 people have lost their jobs because of him. He should have been disciplined immediately.
Whoever takes the job should give a condition that discipline is absolutely necessary and they are no sacred cows. The team was definitely progressing . A loss to Australian rugby

You can put some blame on a player - Beale - but the playing group themselves aren't what's wrong here - it's the management of the top level of Australian rugby in general. F##king Pulver cut the team's budget to the bone this year, which is why some staff had their roles bleeding into others - it was pretty stupid to decide a team manager wasn't necessary anymore for example.

Rugby is in a very bad place at the moment and I honestly can't see things improving for a while yet

Jones won't leave Japan he is loving it there and has his eye on a big tornument for japan in 2019.

The return of Deans would be interesting.

Pulver has an incredibly difficult job to do. Cuts probably had to be made somewhere. Pulver has set up the NRC which is a huge development for Australian rugby. People like Alan Jones was agendas and the SMH have clearly blown up the affair allegation without providing proper evidence. That is just gutter journalism.

Yeah agree. The NRC will cost the ARU a lot but they MUST persevere with it. Its needed. Explains the budget cuts to the Wallabies.

Alan Jones? The guy is a rank c##t but what has he got to do with this? Pulver does have a tough job, but when your brand is reliant heavily on the national team, cutting a team manager and allowing a former low level admin assistant to take on such a big job without a clearly defined role is just sh*t management and oversight at the top level.

McKenzie bares some responsibility here too, but I feel like the strategy at the top has been very much run on a short term and superficial financial basis with an extremely poor grasp of longer term strategy.

Pretty sad about Ewen. Tried his guts out . The whole Di Patston thing was just bizarre , what was he thinking bringing her in with all these powers ? Still Beale is a moron sending derogatory texts about a staff member even fif no one liked her. She should have gone straightaway to McKenzie. Beale chose to act like a kid in the flight where private words to McKenzie would have been better served.
McKenzie was guilty of employing Di Patston that was it, Should he have been forced to resign ? Not at all. Beale is a toxic grub and needs to grow up or ship to Europe like James O'Conner.
