European Champions Cup Semi Final Toulon vs Leinster

Most refs I've experienced say it's not supporting your weight if your not able to stay up without use of your arms. Have also been coached that way.

Having your hands/arms on the ground =/= not able to stay up without them... the most effective way of judging that is the position of the hips in relation to the feet.
 
I've noticed that at the breakdown Toulon always have one player off their feet that blocks Leinsters support and then a guy is over the ball. Barnes needs to start reffing like he did Wales v Ireland as breakdowns are turning into a bloody free for all.
