It's a great idea, it's going to be in the World Cup, but it's not acceptable that decisions can be overruled or reinstated 10 days later.

Is that the fault of WR with its appeal or the committee that cleared Farrell, erroneously to my mind?

Where's the end of line here? Say the WR appeal is successful as we expect, does OF have the right to appeal that - outcome and / or sanction?
