England v New Zealand - 2 November 2024

Should be a yellow!! How can he say there wasn't a line break. 4 against 1

Still nice watching international tens who have more pace than my nan though.
What's that supposed to mean?
Ireland always produce athletic specimens at 10

Ronan O.... I mean Jonny Se..... I mean Ross Byr..... Hmm
Can't wait for Owen Farrell to be our 10 at the next world cup.

Right call by a mile there.

One defender does not negate a line break for me, but at least they got to the penalty decision.

Actual joker, itoje tipped of the ball when they have been warned about it, then that… has to be the worst ref in the international game

Not a card, but certainly a penalty

Arguably black 11 put his arm out to wrap which he did

Should be even if not break.was deliberate foul play, something that is a key difference between football and rugby, deliberate foul play is carded.

I can see why no penalty try, there's 1 defender covering the 3 attackers.
But surely a yellow
Yeah I don't like this emphasis on a clear line break - it was a blatant knock down on the attack in the oppo's half
That should be a yellow before you even look at the 4 on 2 outside

Ben should probably be starting over tom tbh, better balance better 7 for me.

This has been good by England. NZ do look terribly coached.

Smith has had a far better 2nd half than first but still the wrong Smith in that team. Fin would be in his element with that pack and back three.

You're gonna be devastated when you realise it's Andy's grandparents that were born in Ireland so Owen isn't eligible
I'm fairly sure he's eligible on his mum's side, her father is Irish.

That's what my old fella says anyway.
