100% agree on all of the above.Right so a deserved loss and fair play to France.
EJ and other coaches need looking at thats fair but Playerwise what do we need to change?
So id like to see JWillis in the mix as well as Quirke.
We need to stick with Smith Marchant and Dombrandt
What do you lot think needs to happen? And dont say anything about the coaches please.
I hope soKelly is capped already isn't he?
Not sure Northmore's good enough TBH (and I say that as a fan of his) and he's most definitely not a 12.Smith needs more time, bench him for a while. He looked panicky or trying to force things at times today.
Dombrandt and Marchant stay. As Tigs says, start looking at Kelly at 12 before Scotland invent a granny for him. Give Northmore some minutes off the bench, as well as OHC, Murley, a.n other winger
Bin Ewels forever, Isiekwe and Chessum can duke it out for the second lock spot if Launch isn't around. Hill and Martin need more of a look at 6 and Heyes or Collier as 3rd (maybe 2nd) choice TH.
And after today, what do we do if Curry is injured?
If only this was happening a year ago
FordHappy for Kelly in but why not stick with Smith? And what do you suggest?
Imma sound real bias but Langdon > Dolly IMO16. Dolly
You and @LeinsterMan (NotTigsMan) arent allowed opinions on Ford as there is vested interest.Ford
His snubbing is ridiculous - he's had less than 30mins rugby this tournament yet is arguably the form 10 in the country (other argument is Smith but Ford is more consistent, doesn't necessarily have the gamebreaking peaks Smith does, but doesn't have the dips either)

He had a dip in form at the start of this season, but he's getting back to his best now and I think he's more well rounded and more consistent at the lineout
Though Walker would be my first (technically third, behind George and LCD) choice
Needs the backs and an 8 to hold a line as well. He'd look very different with peak Billy and Manu to work with, or even Jamie Roberts and Dayglo.I think a 10 like Smith is going to suck with Youngs at scrum half. Defensive line gets way too much time to set and the glory boy stuff will never come off. You almost need to go with flat distributor cause you aren't going to be doing anything dynamic.
I'm completely objective until the day this season ends - then all bets are offYou and @LeinsterMan (NotTigsMan) arent allowed opinions on Ford as there is vested interest.
Or like he does with Dombrandt and Estehuizen week in week out.Needs the backs and an 8 to hold a line as well. He'd look very different with peak Billy and Manu to work with, or even Jamie Roberts and Dayglo.
Launchbury is the one in current place, but you are right, beyond that there is no one, all the others picked are 5.5 players like Itoje. The summer tour squad will be interesting.
We need to look at Kelly and Ojomoh on that tour at 12...
We need actual wingers...pace on one and power on the other would be nice.
We need Underhill and Curry to stay fit...
We badly miss Kruis. We need to find Itojes partner. Where's our 6' 8 wrecking ball lock who does the core set piece work brilliantly...there's lots coming through but they're for post WC...
It would be a compromise but I'd put Lawes back in the row and yes I know he's a bit light and has been playing all his recent rugby at 6. But he seemed to go OK vs Ire in the tight and is bigger than Woki. He's worth his place in the team but I'm not sure he fits the mould of what we should be looking for in the back row.The summer tour squad will be interesting.

I'm not a big Gatland fan but at least he had a game plan, picked players who suited that and executed it.Which one of you wrote this?

How's he been going in super rugby? Heard he's had a right mare.
My vested interest is against him, given how he (and dad) left Bath in the lurch. You and @LeinsterMan (NotTigsMan) arent allowed opinions on Ford as there is vested interest.
Me tho, I am completely objective and he is better than DC.
Find me a FH where that doesn't apply.Needs the backs and an 8 to hold a line as well. He'd look very different with peak Billy and Manu to work with, or even Jamie Roberts and Dayglo.
