Just read an article about their tour (just won their third game) and it said that the average age of the squad is 22,
It got me thinking: How many of these go on to play professionally? Do any?
I've no idea how players get picked up for teams other than through academies
Players seem to be getting younger and younger, so if they've not been picked up by a Pro side at 22 do they have no hope?
They obviously have a fair amount of skill to be playing at that level
