Boks skrewed the Bulls

Both our 8ths and both our 9s. I had great hopes for the bulls this year, but no way we can win with our third rank scrummy and who knows what on 8.

Edit: just saw Potgieter is at 8 and hougi at 9.

I suspect they rushed hougi back, last I heard he would be out for 4 weeks.

Spies is a pedestrian, so no real loss there.

Arno and Jano is a concern yes, but the Bulls have shown that their depth has strength and the continued rotation policy used by Ludeke all year has paid off.

We did't get shafted, and this is a risk all teams face when they have boks. The Bulls have more than 15 Springboks in their current squad, so they're used to this. I think you are overexaggerating this a lot.

Hougie's injury was always expected to be until the end of the Boks series, so I don't think he's been rushed back. Our third scrummie has played this year already, so what's the problem?

As for our loosies, we still have Potgieter(s), stegman, Jean Cook, and some great youngsters like Lombard and Adendorff.

It's a risk you take when you have Test-worthy players. The Sharks had to work 8 months without Bismarck, because he injured his knee after playing not even 15 minutes in the Rugby Championship last year. It happens. It's the same as saying the Sharks, WP and Bulls are weaker in the Currie Cup because all the big names are in the Bok squad. Again, a risk you have to accept. It's part of the reason the Lions won the Currie Cup in 2011

It actually is a sign of bias, as you only mention the Bulls being screwed. If your topic was something like "Boks screwed Super Rugby teams", then it wouldn't have been biaseness. Then mentioning a player like PSDT who also got injured, in the process. The bulls got more injuries because we had more players in the Bok camp than the other teams.
