Anyone know what the rest periods are for RWC players?
I imagine England players have a couple of weeks off written into the EPS agreement, but other nations?
Leota only played like 80 mins in the world cup, and didn't play in the last round - would we be allowed to pick him?

EPS have two weeks I think. Like you said though, not sure about others.

I suspect Sale would be allowed to but I'd imagine they would refrain. Even if he's only played 80mins it's probably hard to know what condition he's in after months away from the club, undergoing what may be a very different training regime.

I'm assuming no English players will play the first round ... won't be able to put their boots on properly since they've had their laces taken away

Mm. I suppose it's mildly hypocritical to complain about rugby being won by the biggest cheats given my arguments with GN10 on the subject, but the cheating's meant to take part on the field and not off it. Sorry, allegedly.

Where is old GN10? Has his role as England's defence coach taken him away from us?

I'm intrigued to see the sort of team Sarries play actually, a ridiculous amount of young talent that hasn't had much time to shine recently.

I've heard Andy Farrell has been doing some consultancy work for them which follows these guide lines

Always play a 15 at 10
At 6 at 12
A 6 at 7
Never play a 13 at 13
Or play a winger that's too fast
In fact scrap all wingers and just play a 6 at 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and the a 10 at 15

Not sure we've still got some solid signings who are available (Mckibben,Symons,McClusker and Cruise) and Lewington outwide. I wasn't that annoyed Booth left Hattley was the big loss anyway we've got Sisi back so hope he does well. Underestimate us at your peril
