Many of us have been saying that for years.
Just imagine what could have been if Ex. had played 7. Simmonds 12. Slade 13. Nowell, and given it a full season to bed in.

Don't agree with this though,it's way too late and England have plenty of quality 13s. Nowell should have gone and played League in NRL though, man is just built for it and would have been a sensation I'm sure.

If England had a 12, doesn't have to be a worldie. Pretty much just any premiership center who does the role week in and out would do at this stage and they can grow, bit like how Steward has come on.

I like JVP, been very good but not X factor just better than Youngs/Care.

Nowell has done things I didn't think he still had. Great to see and nailed his spot on wing, I can't think of anyone doing a better job for now. Consecutive classy games.
