Argentina - 3 Tests - June 2016

As poor as the Jaguares have been this year in Super Rugby, Italy look set for a spanking on Saturday. Full Strength Argentina, Italy missing Parisse. Argentina now play a high tempo game spreading the ball wide, a style of rugby Italy simply can't live with.

Arg by 20 sound about right?

Well arg is missing Cordero, the other wing(cant remember his name) broke his knee on kings match, Senatore out, herrera out, Lavanini out. Despite this im hopping for at least a 15 +

With the lack of discipline the Jaguares showed this year, this might JUST be the upset game you're looking for to regain your losses from the u/20 games,:lol::lol:

Boffelli is the name of the other winger. And Noguera-Paz and Baez injured too.

Thanks =D.

Sadly several replacements are not good level wise. This Pumas team is inferior to the one in RCW in players and depth. Only good thing should be more cohesion.

Would anyone have a rough idea of the Pumas 23 for Italy?

7- Pablo Matera
8- Facundo Isa
9- Martín Landajo
10- Nicolás Sänchez
11- Santiago Cordero
12- Juan Martín Hernández
13- Matías Moroni
14- Manuel Montero
15- Joaquín Tuculet

Solid formation. I really like 6-7-8. Good mobility and support to play wide.

Only two second row: Alemanno and Petti.
But Ortega-Desio, a back row, can also be an additional one.

Lavanini will be available for the last test vs France

Now Matías Alemanno isn't avaible for the next two test matches against France having been ruled out with a sprained left ankle and leaves Los Pumas with only Guido Petti in the second row.
With Juan Cruz Guillemaín injured, and Tomás Lavanini suspended for one game more, and the European based second rowers Manuel Carizza and Mariano Galarza not considered as part of the UAR's policy, the Head Coach Daniel Hourcade has called up the uncapped Ignacio Larrague (aged 20, 2.01m in height and weighing 120kg), who leaves Argentina XV team in Romania (playing the Nations Cup) and fly to Argentina to join Los Pumas.
