It's been confirmed as legitimate, and that the delay was due to staffing issues, and not Brexit related at all.
Sounds wrong to say that it's brexit related, and he's even more wrong that it's notnwhat he voted for.
If he's angry about that, just think how upset he'll be this time next year when it IS brexit related, and it takes him 3 hours

Funnily enough I read it was because some EU airports are sticking British passport holders in non-EU lines in preparation for proper brexit so they can estimate the demand for those lines better

They had BBC news on in front of the rowers in the gym this morning so I got to "enjoy" some of their absolute drivel

Priti Patel on there saying this is the first time in 40 years the UK has been in charge of their own immigration after being dictated to by the EU - which is just not true.

They also ran a sympathy piece of prince Andrew saying how he's in a deep depression and can't even leave the house the play golf because of the weather, and how he can't go to America and he really loves to travel.
Conveniently leaving out that he can't go to America because he's wanted by the FBI for his questioning in a child rape case

Love this video on Priti Patel:

As someone in the comments said, if this was a labour minister then press would be ripping them apart.

We've never had the cards. The only card we've had was no deal as we've got the right wing rich ******** actually willing to go through with it. However the problem is and always has been that Britain wants its cake and to eat it. We're still at the point of asking for all the benefits of trade and none of the drawbacks. Basically this the E.U's red line, because if Britain gets a better deal or equal deal to current E.U members then it undermines the E.U and more countries will leave to get a new deal. They simply can't do it. Yet Britain keeps walking up and down this red line asking if it'll work this way or that way and refusing to accept it will never work. The worst outcome will be no deal because then our position with the rest of the world is very weak. They 'want' trade deals, but we will 'need' trade deals. Honestly most countries are probably just waiting for negotiations to fall through and then up their demands and ask us what alternative we have.

Rely on our own manufacturing sector?

Well... I've been calling her Priti stupid for some time now.

This Democrat election is fascinating.
All the mainstream "left" media takes are crazy to watch.

Like MSNBC which is I think left leaning are going insane.

There is no plan for no deal, because we're going to get a great deal.
- BoJo

The day after we vote to leave, we hold all the cards and we can choose the path we want.
- Michael Gove

It will be easy to negotiate a trade deal, and of course, it's in the European Union's interest, just as it is in ours.
- Paul Nuttall

Trade relations with the EU could be sorted out in an afternoon over a cup of coffee.
- Gerard Batten

I think we could very easily get a better trade deal than we have at the moment.
-Douglas Carswell

Securing a free trade deal with the European Union should be "one of the easiest in human history"
- Liam Fox

In their irrational world, does the EU refusing to play ball with the UK just confirm the beliefs of the non elite brexiters. The idea that the EU doesn't care about the UK "so we shouldn't be apart of it" type thinking.

Yes. Rationality need not apply.

Note those same people may have different opinions when the USA (along with every other country in the world) play hardball to take advantage of the UK's incredibly weak negotiating position. That'll still be the EU's fault.

Yeah the EU should offer their collective weight behind Britain to help us negotiate better deals too prove they really are our friends!

The slow train crash that is the Demcrats is glorious to watch. That slow crash seems to be moving to the worst possible scenario for the party: Bernie Sanders becoming the presidential nominee.

I'm a big advocate for ruling parties, like the Republicans, needing a healthy counter balance but the morally bankrupt Demcrats are proving themselves not fit for the role. They are reaping what they have sown.
