Trump was in Mexico once talking about how great Mexicans were and a few hours later back in the USA calling Mexicans murderers, rapists, drugs dealers and banging on about the wall. His words mean nothing.

Anyway, whilst a Mexico-USA wall would be problematic, it is a bit rich for Mexico to criticise Trump when they have a wall between them and Guatemala. I think maybe Mexico should tear that down - ya know, tolerance and diversity and all that jazz.

Finally, he's the POTUS, even when he's talking ****, his words mean things as other people act on them, whether he wants them to or not (and whether he believes they did or not afterwards).


As for Mexico and the wall. I'm not sure Mexico is complaining about the wall per season; but about the demonisation of Mexicans, and being told that they'll be paying for someone else's infrastructure.
If my neighbour wants to put up anfence between our front gardens, I may or may not object. If he says he wants to put up that fence because I'm a murdering rapist, oh, and I have to pay for his fence - then sure as hell I'm going to object.

What was that about leaving the EU would cause World War 3? It looks as if staying in the EU would have led to that a lot quicker. Oh, and Italy and others are going to have to give more to pay for the UK's tab now that we are Brexiting.

Could it be that the EU may collapse before we Brexit? Poland and Hungary are at logger-heads with the EU, Denmark insists it will not increase payments to the EU andthe Populism movement seems to be building in the Netherlands.

All joking aside, it doesn't look good for the future of the EU if its young people (bar the UK) are sceptical about it.

The over 50s in Italy have had the Dolce Vita way of life and all that is good about it, whereas those younger people have very little to look forward to - the country is flat broke and unemployment amongst young people (sorry, should have spell-checked above) is rife.

Is it immigrants, is it the people themselves - or is it that Italy's elite put profit before people?

The two leaders of Britain First have been sent down, according to news reports.

Whilst I welcome this, the Government needs to clamp down on all types of extremism irrespective of political affiliation.

Hate crime either way should not be condoned but there always seems to be a lot of excuses or cover ups made for anybody due to the fear of appearing 'racist' or 'un-PC'. I am half cast but I gladly accept the law of the land as legally binding and follow it to the best of my ability - if I can obey the law then so should everybody else.

There is no room for racism or for religiously aggravated harassment from anyone in this country, whether they be right wing , left wing or of any religious persuasion, but we cannot use fear of appearing 'racist' etc. for not intervening when it comes to protecting vulnerable people.

Seriously read the report on what they've been doing you won't find many activists of any party engaging in that kind kind of behaviour. You'll find the odd obnoxious git on the doorstep but this level was well beyond that.

However, look at it like this... how many violent members of Antifa and the SWP have not been sent down for similar violence/threats/intimidation/hatred towards others? Now, why is that?

There used to be a Facebook group called SlatUKIP where the two admins (Daniel Pitt of Mountain Ash, and Neil Partridge of Ludlow) regularly threatened the lives of non-liberal/left people and even openly boasted about potentially killing David Cameron. Strangely enough, they were never charged for their hatred and bullying which drove one girl to her death.

Unfortunately, it is perceived (truthfully or falsely) that Muslims are behind the greatest amount of sex attacks compared with other ethnic groups.

That is not to excuse non-Muslim sex offenders at all - any sex offender in my opinion deserves the highest punishment out there. I would say let the ******** swing from the gallows.

Tommy Robinson and co. should have shouted down and criticised every sex offender.

I condemn any sex attacker of any description.

No matter what the race, colour or creed of a person - once they step outside the law and turn to violence, threats and intimidation they deserve punishing.

Violence against people is wrong, and to use it to silence a group of people just shows how truly pathetic they are. We need to start treating everybody the same and yes I would equate Britain First, Antifa and SWP as all loathsome turds which all need flushing out of society.
