Its all over the internet not just that particular site. Im computer savy myself so I have looked at the actual files. Whats being said on there is legit.

Man I wish you were computer savy....otherwise you'd realise the most natural conclusion from all the profunctory analysis is that the files were copied from one DNC computer on the Pacific Coast to a backup DNC server on the East Coast....

"Although many have pointed out that their Internet provider or their company's fiber link may provide theoretical speeds that perhaps exceed 23 MB/s, we need to put this rate into perspective. Guccifer 2 claims he is a Romanian; some have claimed Russian; some have claimed neither, or even that Guccifer 2 may in fact be several people. Putting that controversy aside, ThreatConnect determined that Guccifer 2 likely used a commercial VPN service originating in France. If we accept the theory that Guccifer 2 is working out of Eastern Europe (or Russia), using a commercial VPN service as a relay to Washington, DC then I think it is fair to claim that the rate achieved will be nowhere close to 23 MB/s.

The key point of the 23 MB/s rate is that it provides support for the conclusion that a local copy was made; that rate happens to also be consistent with a local copy to a USB-2 flash drive. Combine this with the observation that the copy was likely done on the East Coast and that 'cp' (inherently a local copy operation) probably was used, would produce the observed last modified time pattern. Those related observations lead directly to the conclusion that the initial copy operation was likely a local copy.

Other observations strongly argue against Guccifer 2's claim that he hacked the DNC — the analysis noted that a second copy operation was done on Nov 1, 2016 which built the precursors of the final 7zip. Key conclusions: (1) this second copy operation was also likely done on the East Coast and (2) those precursors (the regular files and .rar file present in the 7zip file) were likely copied to a thumb drive. It would be difficult for a hacker in Eastern Europe (or Russia) to arrange for a thumb drive to be plugged into a system on the East Coast, and we would have to ask how is this consistent with Guccifer 2's claim that he hacked into the DNC?"

Guccifer 2.0 is now in an american jail awaiting a kangaroo court (or was until it became obvious that this plan has been busted).

If you had watched some of George Webs videos on this guccifer character (he even goes to the jail where he's being held) this whole thing becomes alot clearer. And once you see how the metadata was manipulated to make it look like a Russian hack. Its obvious what has occured.

The DNC killed Seth Rich.
They then colluded to cover up the fact that Seth Rich leaked the vast bulk of files to wikileaks.
They used a known hacker by the name of Guccifer and planted the "evidence" in his hands and then promptly had him arrested and brought the USA (he's not even Russian FFS).
ETC ETC.
Many people are involved in this cover up as once the truth comes out it could destroy the democrat party as we know it.

Look at the dates around Seth Rich's death and then the leak of the files. Wikileaks claims about anonymous sources.

It all adds up.

And that entire part of the analysis infact entire chunks of it all work from the conclusion that the 7zip file was created by the person obtaining the files for public consumption.

And not say a backup server....and then the 7-zip was created (to you know save storage space) then it was the 7zip file was what was obtained. In which case we have no idea how long it took to transfer the files or even how they were obtained.

The estimated speeds of 23MB/s take a lot of conjecture as well in that he assumes files 90% are missing and there is actually zero evidence of that just a bunch of assumptions based on a bunch of time gaps which have many many explanations.

The rest of your post just requires a tin foil hat.

As to theortical internet speeds

Steam currently provides my home FTTC connection with a 8Mb/s download speeds or (1MB/s). That's rate limited by steam as I can actually achive rates of 50Mb/s (6.25MB/s) not that it would be useful anyway as I don't have a SSD and my HDD wouldn't be able to keep up with faster write speeds.

So first off it stands to reason that whatever computer the rar files were being transfered to had an SSD (which can have write speeds up to 700 MB/s).

Secondly as I can achive rates on a non-commericial service of up to 6.25MB/s it wouldn't take much for the extremely wealthy DNC to achive far higher rates.
Especially when BT offers commercial leased lines with speeds of 100Gb (12.5GB/s) https://business.bt.com/products/broadband/

So rates of 23MB/s are far beyond the capabilities of a commercial entity.....

But again this pretty basic tech savy knowledge.

The 23mb/s rate still falls within the transfer rates of usb2.0 drives and makes far more sense when you look at the big picture. You seem to conveniently ignore the fact that they altered the metadata with russian language masks with microsoft software that was licensed to the DNC IT STAFFER before it was even in Guccifer 2.0's hands!!!

The real scandals are all or mostly on the democrat side... other than all the rino republicans of course.

Yes but he had create theoretical missing data....

The other part of Russian language masks......ummm none of that was in that article.

Interestingly as well The Forensiator wordpress has a whole 4 articles (created this month) with zero backup to who they are and why their analysis is expert....

This 'analysis' was immediately picked up with a 'media' outlet (which can only be laughingly called that) that has an axe to grind.....

But if you want to blindly believe everything that conforms to your world view be my guest.

But if you want to blindly believe everything that conforms to your world view be my guest.

Given where this stuff has been posted I have no doubt Trump and AG Sessions have all this information and ALOT more. Interesting times ahead your world view may not be what it seems.

The Awans getting arrested is just the start.

excellent news for lawyers you mean
So you think whether you have rights or not should soley be based on whether you have the money to actually take your employer to court to protect those rights? Wrongful and unfair dismissal are real things which many companies have and will continue to do.

What I think is after being a line manager in Logistics and Transport for 17 years is....before 2013 nearly every dismissal went to tribunal even if it was completely cut and dry. This meant time in court, line managers being quizzed in the dock about every little process they did (obviously being paid to be there), a massive HR bill and more time spent ensuring Absence and Disciplinary process was correct then actually doing the job of moving stock/orders from point A to point B. Productivity was at an all time low and in the end most companies just would not dismiss people no matter how disruptive or poor performing they were. Obviously the legal profession have an interest in seeing unfair dismissal claims increase so its no surprise this verdict was reached.

Unfortunately what you miss is this wont really help the 1000's working at Sports Direct/Amazon/Boots/M&S etc working on crappy agency contracts but will help the bin lorry driver with a crappy sick record and a bad attitude but perhaps Im just being cynical.

I think thats a fair jib and I think its fair to say alot of dimissals that get classified as unfair due to some minor technicality are wrong.
Personally on those cases where the employer simply had no case to answer for (different to not being found guilty) ie the evidence against the employer was flimsy. An appropriate fine should be leveled it should not be a barrier for entry to a case.

I guess my attitude is different due to personal experience my father was once let go from a job after 11 months for 'not gelling with the team' but the law stopped him from being argue that case.
For myself just over 2 years of not being allowed to take voluntary redundency due to being 'too important for the companies future' despite no change in my work ethic and standards (there is possibly an arguement my work ethic was poor before then but the company clearly didn't think so). The almost year in which I was under investigation was pretty torid with two enforced changes of role (one immediately after the first hearing), 6 months without a line manager after the first enforced change (despite repeated asking who it was) and ended in what can be best described as a honey trap in the final month (just before my final warning would expire) after I had corrected all my other behaviour they suddenly had a problem with. I couldn't take them to tribunal because they agreed to still give me a reference and I was reliant on that to find another job. By the time I found one the law said too much time had expired (3-6 months I think?). It was pretty much grade A constructive dismissal (essentially being made to leave). My biggest mistake was not realising it at the time and just getting the hell out.

This post says more about you than it does about Trump. Talk about brainwashed. To say you Genuinely hate someone without even having met them is kinda silly really. It tells us you believe everything you see on the propaganda box.

We will see over the coming months how good or bad Trump actually is as I see the Awan brothers have finally been arrested so the **** is about to royally hit the fan for the DNC and Shillary, Podesta, etc etc. Among other things happening in the last few weeks Trump is actually sounding pretty serious about dealing to some of these swamp creatures which is why he's been putting the pressure on Sessions to do his job and not get sidetracked by the Muh Russia BS.

The DNC murdered their staffer Seth Rich (the guy who actually gave wikileaks the DNC docs!!) and concocted the Muh Russia narrative as a cover. They even went as far as framing a known hacker (guccifer 2.0) and adding russian fingerprints to files before sending them to him. (this is all proven in the metadata!) I have no doubt with the Awan's getting arrested things are about to get done even if it will be in a slow and laborious manner.

Slowly but surely the veil is being lifted on the ridiculous level of corruption that has infested the USA and the rest of the western world.

George Webb was onto it about these Awan brothers over 277 days ago! Amazing investigation (with clear spook help) by him!!

I never met Hitler, I think I can safely say I hated him though. The fact you can say Trump is dealing with the swamp when he has by far the wealthiest cabinet ever, all with vested interests in the departments they are heading is staggering. Never mind the shameless nepotism. It's telling that Trump fanatics can do nothing but deny or say Hillary did something (with a childish name calling). It really shows the intellect Trump fanatics operate at when the arguments are no different to if a 12 year old had written them.
