Since you mentioned San Quentin which is here in the states, marijuana is not legal all over the place yet. If you're going to use marijuana over here make sure you know what state you're in. People do get busted for not knowing that or ignoring it.i dont actually have a problem with pardons, i listen too a podcast out of san quentin and its clear the justice system can be a bit ****** like @ncurd said above or those that had huge sentences on the three strikes rule getting caught with personal use Marijuana which is now legal all over the place ....but their should be some checks and balances like not pardoning people you're directly connected with...or yourself...in any other facet of life it would be a huge conflict of interest

National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik submitted a resolution requesting the lifting of martial law around 01:00 local time.
The resolution was passed with 190 members of the ruling and opposition parties in attendance, with all present in favour.
