see when you have superior fitness you can put the opposing team under pressure in the last 30 minutes of the game. This forces them to commit penalties and get yellow carded. So you get a 15 on 14. But then you tire them out even more during the yellow card and it's like 15 on 14 the rest of the game. But then you factor in your superior fitness and it's really 16 on 14. People don't like to admit it but Gatland really is a rugby genius.
