I won't miss Ross, he's proven that his level is below what's needed for what Leinster want to achieve. Absolutely a guy who can win a league and go well in early european knockout rounds though.

That young winger for the U20s RIdl, looks a good potential for you. Big lad (6'5) with real pace, but what really impressed me was how often he came off his wing looking for the ball. Popping up in all sorts of places and showing goods hands to link play etc. Good stuff for a young lad.
