[2021 Six Nations] Italy vs Ireland (27/02/21)

Some lovely stuff the last few minutes.

Hope we can do it against other teams.

Ireland's off-loading has been far better. Don't think they are doing much different in attack, just some excellent off-loading to break open the defence.

Italy score a try, place in the 6n confirmed for another year because of such a clear contribution to it.

The one thing you can say about Italy this tournament is that they have scored some good tries.

They can't defend for toffee though.

You reckon if shaun edwards worked with italy for a year they'd be a handful?

Think the Italians a bit lucky there. Won't begrudge them it though

Not a handful, but they wouldn't leak as many tries.
Pity really because they do have some nice attacking play at times.

This game is over already at 27 10.
I can see Ireland getting 50+

Fix defence and penalties then I think they'd be competitive. However for all their good work, it's too easy to score tries and just undoes all their good work.

Herring to come on at 50 minutes to add some serious dynamism ....;)

Might as well empty bench now. Italy aren't getting another 23 points without Ireland scoring.
