[2021 Six Nations] Ireland vs France (14/02/21)

I always get behind the Irish unless they're playing Wales but I thought I'd get in the spirit of this forum and cheer on the French given all the bitterness I've seen from my Celtic cousins. ALLEZ LA FRANCE
Trouble with an Irish victory is we would have a minimum of a week listening to only one team can now win the GS, can you imagine...

It's mad that France's top three No.10s are aged 22 and under.

If only Ireland had faith in their young lads like France.

Italy have also taken that on-board with youth.

Can't think of many good 10s who don't get their international debut early. Sexton a relative late comer at 24 about the only one who comes to mind.

Very strange for us to see at least 3 internationals level players at 10. Been waiting for more than a decade to hope just one...Galthié has rich man issues, to make up his mind for nearly all the posts.

Carbery and Jackson got capped at 21 and 22. France have 14 professional teams and haven't had much at 10 before the current lads came through. Byrne and Healy have both been involved with the international squad. Byrne was due to start a HC game before pulling up with a back injury and the remaining Euro games got canceled. Healy also suffered an injury that prevented him from getting a European start. What's expected of 10s is very different in the two countries as well.

We can be a bit slow definitely at times but I think it's been massively exaggerated this week. Having only four professional teams definitely holds us back a bit.

I hate that Bank of Ireland ad about competition. The other provinces can suck my todger.

Ireland's kick and chase pretty effective at the moment. Definitely keeping France pegged back.
