Another very strong Leinster team, wonder why they're targeting the start of the season so strongly this year.

It's pretty normal to have all players in rotation early on in the season it's just that last year Sexton, Henshaw, RK, and Ringrose were injured among others early on.

It's normal to have rotation yes, but it seems the front-line internationals are getting a lot of game-time early on, especially Sexton, who would very rarely start three pro14 games in a row.

Last season obviously a bit of an outlier with the lions but if you look at the 2016/17 season, the internationals weren't getting this much game-time early on.

Still as long as they're being looked after, it means more star players on a saturday night and I'm happy.

They've been told they'll play less due to camps later. There is no summer internationals either next year so it stretches their calendar view to RWC. Summer break comes earlier too due to no summer tour

Makes a lot of sense, thanks for the insight.

It's Sean O'Brien!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To be honest I'm far more invested in his fitness than the result. (Which we'll lose, we always seem to ******* lose in Galway.)

As a side note does this mean no Sexton next week as after Munster there's Europe, he'll definitely play that and it's hard to imagine him playing 6 in a row going into November.

Ulster are the only "upset" I can forsee. I think Edinburgh have shown glimpses of having enough to defeat Benetton, although it's due to be very windy.

Connacht might be able to give Leinster one or two flesh wounds before succumbing. Their 9-15 demands a bit of respect.

It'll be routine for Scarlets but I think Clayton at 15 is a big deal for them. I don't really rate him but the Scarlets need to show a creative and viable alternative to Halfpenny to start picking up BPs if they've to have any hope of a home semi. Good luck to the guy but I'm not sure wet, wintery Wales is the place for him to thrive.

I also think this is the week when the upsets surely have to stop, but happy to be proved wrong.

Glasgow vs Dragons is arguably the first stinker to be shown on Freesports.

Since Munster don't turn up away from home, it makes sense to pick the strongest team this week for Connacht and rest a few at home next week.

My mate bazwaz says he's been banned for posting the Pro 14 team lists for the forum fantasy comp.
He said he's been posting them for weeks without any complaints but has now had his account suspended suddenly .
Any of the mods like to clarify what went wrong here.

A GIF of that 'tackle' is going up the next time someone tries to claim Tiernan O'Halloran should play for Ireland.

What a filthy little pikey Robertson McCoy. Felt Connacht were the victim of a few bad calls but there goes my sympathy.
