[2017 Rugby Championship] Round 6: South Africa v New Zealand (07/10/2017)

I think the Boks have played pretty tight and restrained which was their best bet of avoiding a thrashing. Obviously it limits them in an attacking sense and doesn't make for the most gripping of encounters for the neutral, but I think this makes sense. The score should hopefully be respectable at the end and the Boks can maybe roll the dice a bit more if it is a one score game late on.

What the hell was Lleyds doing there? Turn the other way and kick it out!

Frustrating to watch NZ play like this. They're 10 times the team RSA are but they keep messing up at the last second. Also annoying that the ref plays Adv. for RSA about twice as long as he does for NZ.

In real time that's a try every time.

Pre TMO and replay days that would have been given.
Different game, different ref & it could have gone the other way.
From different angle it looked as though he may have knocked the ball on with his left hand before collapsing onto it. Tough decision either way - Doesn't matter now - the try is given.

Malcolm Marx the new Bismarck when it comes to getting over the ball.

Pollard had another iffy start off the bench but fair to say he he settled in now! For all the disappointment around the RC the ABs are now in their third real contest of the tournament out of six games.
