Not disagreeing but how many times have you seen the ball just out and the ref doing nothing or when the 9 stands there with his hands on the ball like at US Football player, looking for what to do and the other side penalised for offside if they go for him!?

I guess TMO was asked for a reason not to award one and he could not conclusively say that he could see a reason NOT to award a try! NO matter anyway!!
