All Blacks tend to score most of their tries from around the 4th phase onwards.
Er, no, they don'tT. hey score about 90% of their tries in under 4 phases mostly off one phase or two, and predominantly off counter attack ball.
Most 6 nation teams except maybe France have a tendency to boot it out when they win possession in broken play which the All Blacks will expect but if Scotland attacks rather then boot then that's where they can cause trouble. In 2011 when Fiji played All Blacks they scored 2 tries from counter attacks. It's the one area the All Blacks have always been vanurable and when the Springboks beat them they did exactly that. They built their game plan around counter attack. Fiji does that in sevens against New Zealand and they mostly work.
You're way off the mark there as well, most teams will counter attack, as it's the only time the defence is truly fractured - or they will kick to regain.
