Chris Cusiter 21. Tomasi Palu
Duncan Weir 22. Kurt Morath
Duncan Taylor23. Sione Piukala

The inclusion of Latiume Fosita over Morath at first five says a lot about what type of rugby Tonga will be wanting to play. That is a more expansive running rugby,
with Northland team mate Sonatane Tukulua who is quick off the base. This pairing can either win Tonga the game or be it's own downfall.Judging by the way Scotland have been playing in recent games I would have thought Tonga would have played it safe and keep it upfront in the forwards. I'm confident we can win this if we stick to our guns.

Saw an interview with Fosita and Takulua and they were talking about Jake Whites influence. Wonder if He has a big say on selections. I Think they needed Moa somewhere in the 22 He is pretty handy at First Five as well if You are wanting a 5 8 who can attack.

Backing Tonga to get up in this one.

Definitely a tip tackle, he only landed on his derriere because Gray came in and caught the guy on his way down.

Penalty, possibly yellow.

Tonga are impressing me, especially their 10. Pulling the strings well and his kicking game has been spot on so far.

Keep the updates coming please I have to wait for a replay on TV no CH showing the game Live.

Tongan 12 is a big lad! Thought he was a prop at first!

Tonga are currently 14 - 12 down.
They had a man in the bin (#7) early on, for pulling down a maul, Scotland scored a try soon after.
Scotland currently have a man in the bin for a tip tackle.
All of Tonga's points from the boot of the 10.

Scotland just scored an 'intercept' try (dropped ball picked up and Hogg ran about 70m in).

Tonga look the better of the two sides, to be honest. Defence has been very good.

Ouch intercept try hopefully Tonga can pull it off. How much time left? Tonga not known for coming back from behind.

1 minute left until half time.

Scottish try in the corner at about 47mins. Pretty well worked, but a couple of missed tackles out wide allowed the score. No conversion.

19 - 12

Another penalty to Scotland just in front of the posts. Call for the scrum.

Try for Scotland after the high kick from Russell. 37-12 with the conversion still to be attempted.

Scotland just too clinical for Tonga.

Yeah, the first half was close but in the second half Scotland have been able to take advantage of that fact plus their own intensity has really upped in the second 40. It's been an impressive second half from Scotlland.

Scotland just ruthless in the set piece giving us no chance of setting a platform, thank you Scotland well deserved win. Tonga back to the drawing board take this as a learning curve.

what a game that was, scotland do really look good for the six nations

Yea i'm putting my money behind Scotland.
wouldn't go as far as that we probably wont beat ireland, We could be wales, france idk about depends on what they're like in the first few games.
