So Apparently Woodward had this to say about France on twitter:
I don't know how much of that he really means and how much is just 'etiquette' let's call it. It's nice of him but it certainly seems very premature and a willingness to compliment a France that's been a farce of late.
On the side, he's not even capable of looking up how to spell 'Philippe'
