Well yeah, apart from the first half of this season he’s been great to be fair. Cardiff Blues could well be the most difficult job in rugby though...

Nah, I mean... in the sense that 6 months ago no-one would have believed you if you told them Haskell would be playing for Wuss or the like next season.

Same here, wouldn't have minded him at Glaws.

My guess is that Wasps are going for younger blood? Haskell is 33 in April.

Same tbh, especially as he offered to take a pay cut and especially especially as they've lost Sam Jones now too

A bit like Banahan. Once you're up to the cap those senior players after 1 last contract just don't necessarily make as much sense anymore; the big clubs should be looking for a younger model, but the lower clubs would value the leadership and experience more, and consequently take a risk the bigger club decides against - either more cash, or more years

Remember we have brad shields coming who is flat out a better player. So is Jack Willis, with younger brother Tom close behind. Nizaam Carr is expected to come back. Rieder, Hughes, Young. Smashley if we need him to play back row.. and Sam Jones to my knowledge isn't confirmed to be done. Haskell is just surplus to requirements, sorry to say.
