Too easy.
England looking much better with Dickson and Morgan on (though, admittedly, it looks like we're polishing a poo...), reckon they'll both start next match.
Barritt's defence was quality all night as well.

England's discipline has been excellent too, something that was seriously lacking during Johnson's tenure.

Odd Scottish accent that
Scots might feel a bit harshly done by on two reffing mistakes but that's it.
English pack cleared rucks a lot better than previous. Discipline good.
Backs not that great ball in hand. Who cares, victory. Everything must start somewhere.

Not sure what to take from that game. Only thing we can take out of the game is that Scotland still can't score bloody try's! Englad don't look great, although this win could spark a little confidence.
Thought very few England players played well. Barritt was good in defense. Farrell seemed at home. Morgan looked good when he came on. Can't think of anyone else who showed too much. Youngs and Ashton were bloody dreadfull.

Considering the last two results in the games between the teams were 16-12 and 22-16 I'd say we did alright! A win is a win! And the first game was always going to be hard. Barritt was absolute quality, expect him to start every game at 12 (or 13) from now on! Dickinson and Morgan looked much better as well - those two plus Flood and Tulagi back and we're looking good. Strettle played surprisingly well today. Foden an absolute beast defensively.
England good defensively and great discipline, and looked much better when they weren't playing with two fly halfs! Farrell Turner-Hall and Barritt in Italy imo.

Think to call Youngs and Ashton 'bloody dreadful' greatly overstretches the point.
Also, while I'm blethering on, I was wrong about Strettle's defence. Was good.
edit: Not that either was good, but if you want an example of what bloody dreadful is look no further than Dan Parks.

I don't know how Robinson will ever get Scotland to score tries all he can do is teach them the skills and create a style of play that will put them in try scoring positions which he has done but its the final execution that lets Scotland down and can Robinson really coach players that?

What to say about that... Scotland are a ****ing awful side. They lost, at home, to a side with 7 debutantes and about zero possession. England, at least, will improve with more experience being gained every game and better players returning to the side. But Scotland are fairly settled, and look like they're going nowhere fast. 4 more performances like that and it'll be time for Robinson to go, because he's not bringing them forward.
As for England, simple hard work won the day - it was a very Saracens-esque performance. We do need a 7 playing 7 though.
