Pretty much setting himself to be like Southgate. Needs to find:

-full backs who are willing to overlap the inverted wingers to create space against low block defending teams.

- a number 6 who can pass the ball forward from deep. So the team can get out of the high press against the much better teams.

He’s up against it especially what is required to win a World Cup in America.
