Yes and I've always been a big Halfpenny fan! If Huget was part of a team in the English speaking world he would be more high profile.
huget is good but i think halfpenny would be more useful on the pitch and more dangerous because he can kick and capable of scoring tries

If anything this thread shows the importance of team cohesion. Common consensus seems to be that England really don't have that many star players yet consistantly do better overall than most nations in these lists (2nd in 6 nations behind Wales and best when combined with other internationals).

Our players don't need to be in your english speaking mold to be "more high profile", they exist as they are, and zat is zat !

I thought Huget was the best 15 in last seasons 6 nations. Other 15s were good but he was outstanding.

well that was the hilarious thing at the time..we all thought it was yet another bumfk of a Saint-André decision, the Toulouse winger as FB...turned out as one of the few purely sound French players of the tournament. Michalak, you see, not being part of those.

yeah they have good players but no outstanding players

well England is first though, according to the IRB ranking. I quite like this current ranking right now:
NZ
SA
AUS
ENG
FRA
WAL
IRE

Sure would like to see SCO ARG but mostly ITA highERRRRR (!!!!). Wow. Looking at their rankings (they're 13th) and Fiji has a FULL POINT over them. mmmmmeh. Hey I'm on sleeping pills. I hope this makes sense when I read it tomorrow. gtggg
