Woosaahs Raggasmic 08 Editor

Hey

i keep getting problems with the new editor, saying an error has occured.

is it because im using the roster which i have been editing with the roster before i installed this one?

I did the same, I transferred my old roster files to my new computer so I wouldn't have to re-do everything and had no problems with the new editor.

Worked the same as the old one with all my original adjustments saved.

Is it at all possible to get a version of the editor with up to date/realistic kits? That's the only thing I'm missing now.

I had no problems at all installing this new version
 
Nice work although I stress that people should be relying on the player face codes rather than player names.
 
i had his code there and didnt have to do much.

didnt take me long to put it in there. Didnt have to do much testing or anything. As for the team codes and stuff that was what i was working on. its just getting hte motivation to do it now i dont play the game.

I can do all of that stuff in my roster by simply hex-editing, but it's gonna take a lot of time. If you tell me how to update your editor, I can do it, really :)

I mean, I know what are the bytes for the 2 unassigned boots, the player accessories and all the team codes, so it shouldn't be a problem ;)
 
I am in the process of doing it, just relax a bit. You have done some good work, and it will be shown in my editor during this week.

Hopefully its done by monday/tuesday but dont worry it will be done.

For the faces problem, you say that some of them don't show up, like Hasan. I think that this is because in the .big file, hair is before face, so it reads the hair image first. Hope I made myself clear

Take your time, I'm not in a hurry (until Fa'atau starts shooting at me :p )

Try open faces.xml inside your woosaah's editor folder, and look for the first lines:

<ImpBigPath>E:\Programmi\Woosaah Ruggby 08 Editor\ImpBIG.exe</ImpBigPath>
<Preview>False</Preview>
</Settings>

Try changing the highlighted line (only that) to the folder where you installed the editor plus \ImpBIG.exe, if it's not that one
 
check that the impbig.exe path was in there. why does it say e:?

It shouldnt matter what that line says as I am not using that for anything. (its just what i got given)

Make sure that the impBig.exe file is in that directory though. It could be a permissions thing, like you maynot be able to have access to delete files or create files in that place. But then you wouldnt have been able to install the editor in the first place.

sounds pretty random, have you tried creating a temp.fsh file in there (right click in the folder, select new, text file. rename it to temp.fsh then press continue see what that does.

It says e: because that's where I installed your editor :p

But like you said, this stuff I posted is pretty pointless, I guess

I posted about the created player byte in the wrong thread. Presumeably you know which one it is and how it works (same byte as wrist tape). Setting/unsetting it will make player editable/uneditable in create player management and allow you to assign proper faces).

since i have reloaded windows and i cant find my rugby 08 disk i have sent it to cias to test it for me.

i hope he gets it ok... if that works ill put it up for everyone else to download it.
