Who could claim an upset win?

Australia; the big upset is coming from where they are currently seeded to beat the home advantage of England in the Group match.

I just want to see those cocky english lose. They think their so great cause they won it in 2003? I got news for you: 1995, 2007 and soon to be 2015 world champions! GO BOKKE!

Hold on you forgot; Arrogant, Boring, Whinging, and any other incorrect and dull stereotype that is usually aimed the English.

I am a big fan of SA too, really enjoyed watched the young new centre pairing of De Allende and Kriel, so wish SA the best of luck too.

England are my pick for the no.2 seeds in this RWC, behind the Boks.
The AB's are my pick for third seed.
Watch Aussie.... if they have a pack that can compete around the park for 80 minutes they will be a serious threat to everyone. They have a backline that can produce miracles. Their only shortcomings are a solid kicker and too short of a time period with their coaching team, but they will be a real danger and England really need to use their home advantage to strangle Aussie in the group stages and send them on a collision course with the Boks.

Ennit,
I'm surprised he even managed to type out that post when his IQ is clearly in the single digits.

1952 called, it wants it's national stereo types back.

Australia beating England at home wouldn't be an upset as they do it pretty regular.

Australia have beaten England at Twickenham plenty of times so I don't think the home advantage will mean much and every nation ups their game to beat the English so to do it at their world cup is a big motivation for Australia and Wales.

Bad runs end eventually and as it's a home world cup for England the pressure may well be too much for them.

Cool, but they haven't beaten England in a World Cup since 1991.

They also have only beaten England once in the last 5 attempts.

By your reckoning if they beat new Zealand it wouldn't be an upset either. :)

Think it's more likely they'll beat Wales than England.

Simply put they'll hope to beat England, they'll expect to beat Wales.

If recent Wales/Australia games at MS are anything to go by then it could be a phenomenal game.

I think this world cup can be a world cup off shocks. Argentina beat South Africa for they're first time ever (Congratulations to Argentina for making history). Australia beat New Zealand (Congratulations to Australia for winning the Rugby championship). I think now in poll B unless South Africa can step up, I really think that 1st place in the poll is up for grabs between South Africa, Scotland or Samoa. Australia will top poll A now, With England being second (even though Wales had they're 2nd team out against Ireland yesterday i wasn't convinced that Wales could make out off the poll stages but well see.
