What TV Show's are you watching/looking forward to?

I just finished "True Detective" Season 1. It won't be for everyone as the subject matter is quite dark and at times disturbing, but if you can deal with that I can't recommend a show more highly. It was absolutely outstanding, perhaps the most well made television series I've ever seen.

need to go back to it... my wife hated it so i watched the first four episodes when my wife was away and never watched any more. She's off to her parents for a week on Friday so i'm going to watch it over this weekend whilst eating bad (but tasty) food.

Watching "EXTΛNT". Only seen the first episode, and I'm not all that impressed so far.

just started watching "Brooklyn Nine Nine" on my journey into work, have to say it's very funny - couple of moments i must have looked like a reet lunatic giggling to myself in the corner seat.

recommend!

Just finished the first season of The Wire, ****ing brilliant.

Found most of the season to be mediocre but the last few episodes improved dramatically as it started to tie in with the events of Captain America 2.

Binge-watching True Blood.

Thankfully, once the makers attracted the 'intended' audience with lots and lots and lots and LOTS of sex, they've actually made a great series. Some of the humour is so dark, you feel guilty laughing, but it's one hell of a great series. (I'm up to series 3, so no spoilers please).

Regards Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D (yes, I took the time to make it an acronym!). I enjoyed it, but there was waaaaay too much of a change in characters, with too little development.

I need to go back to the Walking Dead. I hate the majority of the characters, and vast amounts of it are boring progress free ****, but it's redeeming characters pull it back nicely.

Watched the pilot wasn't keen on it, does it get better then.

It's ok... Like most American TV Series it's got too many episodes and there is a great story line that is diluted with unnecessary filler material. The Extremis story line is great, as is the Coulson stuff, and how it ties in with the broader marvel universe.

I could probably pick out the 12 episodes worth watching and you'd not miss anything of worth.

12/13 Episodes revolving around the story lines above would have made it essential.... But as it stands it's just good.

Also as I'm laid up with crippling back pain I'm binge watching the entire 8 seasons of Entourage... Which I still love.

Just finished The Sopranos. Started the series 5 years ago but only just finished.

House of Cards is excellent, can't wait for season 3.

Gotham looks like it'll be excellent

The new series of 'School of Hard Knocks' starts tonight. Absolutely fantastic series, highly recommend picking it up from somewhere if you've never heard of it/seen it before.

Will Greenwood and Scott Quinnell taking 'deadbeats' and introducing them to Rugby.

Some incredible stories of people who thought they had no future, and through rugby turning their lives around.

Well, it will not be BT Sports with whom I have finally liberated myself and cancelled the subscription costing me £12 a month for absolute rubbish other than the APL but can live without that as it is on the internet anyway and there is other rugby to watch on Sky.....if anyone wishes to follow suit, the number is 08004320025 (took me a little while to find it) and they will offer you all sorts of deals if you have a BT phone or use their broadband or will even reduce the sub to £8 per month for a year if that is all you have with them!!!!

'Gotham' starts on Channel 5 in the UK next month. Not sure what it's going to be like, but looking forward to finding out.

I watched the first episode, quite enjoyed it. Gotham feels like a real vibrant city.

Just finished watching BoJack Horseman on Netflix and definitely recommend! Think Archer mixed with Californication, with a load of anthropomorphic animals wandering around, all voiced by the likes of Alison Brie and Aaron Paul. Damn good stuff.
