Seriously annoying if you aren't play in a party, as there nearly always is at least one 3-4 man party in a BTB lobby. They then **** you over by either co-operatively going for the tank/ Banshee, and with the Gauss Hog being present on only one side makes the map horribly imbalanced at the start.

I really was not a fan of MW3. It was far less enjoyable than all of the other games in my opinion. But its my own fault for expecting change. I finished Halo 4 and was a bit dissapointed with the end and the overall campaign, it was all filler. They often made you repeat actions to lengthen what was still a short campaign, whose storyline must have been quite hard to follow for people who haven't played Halo before.
Multiplayer is fun though. I can't see why they haven't brought Foundry map back.

I get what you mean completely, I definitely don't think I'd be loving it if I'd played MW2 recently.
Getting a bit tired of the "there's been an explosion, you're on the ground, it's all fuzzy and you can barely walk" thing. Happened about 4 times so far, and I'm not that far in.

Currently playing some COD World at War. I actually enjoy it more than any other COD. Only thing I dislike are all the hackers online and the players that go around spraying the MP40 haha (im mad)

I'd like to see a new WW2 shooter come out. There's a few out for PC that are good, but relatively small (Red Orchestra, for example).
The market used to be saturated with them, so I can understand the move away, but now "Modern" shooters are 10 a penny, so a good WW2 would be a breath of fresh air.

D-Day, with modern graphics etc. would be immense, as well.

Graphics amazing!

Gameplay? I thought it was going to be repetitive and boring like Far Cry 2, but I'm mainly following the main quest line and doing a few side missions and exploring... Having loads of fun. Love the tropical jungle setting.

My shooter of the year. Dishonored for RPG of the year and XCOM for tactical game of the year.

Not a bad year all in all. Bar a disappointing third installment of ME3.

Although that might be because of how awesome ME2 was, ME3 just couldn't top it off.

I'd heard a LOT of bad stuff before hand - after my first two games everyone barely said a word and I thought that it had all been over exaggerated.
Last game (first loss) this one guy was absolutely losing his sh*t, shouting about russians and how we're all noobs and to go back to bots etc.etc.

Never actually got it, I'd say I could pick it up cheap enough now though.

I've actually been playing a bit of Blops 2, very enjoyable once you don't spend too long on it. Fifa UT got pretty boring after I got Messi in a pack, not very challenging and nothing to work towards anymore. Still great to play manager mode and with friends though.
