What games are you playing?

I've improved to the point I'm ok at pitching, pretty much have that figured. I can get hits and the very occasional homer but generally get beat 4-1, 5-2, 6-0 or scores like that. Waht team do you use?

Yankees, only because they are the team I support.

I went for Texas Rangers only cos they seemed to be always on ESPN when I was watching the game in the Dominican Rep. when I was on hols there

Pretty solid team.

In career I traded for Ray Halliday and Ryan Braun. Quality.

Anyone playing Dragons Dogma? It looked really good and people seem to think its better than skyrim in a lot of ways? Anyone wich to comment, it's worth a look if you like RPGs

Played the demo and in all fairness played ok... much more action/combat orientated than Skyrim. Thing is Skyrim is all about the immersive experience and I have yet to play a game that comes anywhere near it on that level (well maybe Oblivion or Morrowind ;)).

I heard similar comments about Reckoning: Kingdom of Amalur - "made by the creative lead on Elder Scrolls III & IV but with far better action'', "THE RPG for non-RPG fans" blah blah blah... what ever you do don't buy this game, was absolutely awful.

Played SSX, not as good as the almighty SSX Tricky, that game was the boss, but its a good, enjoyable-if-at-times-horribly-frustrating game. Playing Ghost Recon Future Soldier, that too is a good game, an improvement of Advance Warfighter 1 & 2. Like the use of genuinely advanced and well thought out gadgets.

Saints Row the third is pretty addicting at the moment hopefully when my friend has finished his exams we can play Co-op :)

Played this down my mates the other night and behind all the "hilarity" or not... it plays AMAZING. The controls and responsiveness are literally perfect (if you up the sensitivity to about 70%).

Really enjoyed the side missions and just wreaking havoc... bought it the next day.

Finally got my hands on Rugby Challenge. Wish I hadn't, it's abysmal. The gameplay is horrific. The commentary is amateurish. It looks half assed.

Waste of my time, at least the Rugby World Cup game played better

Rocking through SSX at the moment. Has many good moments, only spoiled by the trademark EAisms.

Dawn of War 2 picked it up in a Steam sale, mediocre plot and not enough strategy but still oddly likable the perfect dumb summer game I needed.

I done broke me xbox and am currently sick. Having a bit of a meh time with footy manager too. Anyone got any fairly light on memory PC games I could amuse myself with?

Join the GOG.com cult that I am a part of tons of great old games on there to choose from and some of them take up hardly any space. Also DRM free.

Edit: Do you ever sleep Feic? I guess you'll be pre adjusted to Eastern Time when you get over to Montreal though LOL.

I'm still playing Fifa 12 now... I have Fifa 13, Hitman Absolution and Assassins Creed 3 on pre-order... So I can't buy anymore games atm...

Still 2 months of wait before the first one comes my way...

One for you Xbox'ers. Try Trials Evolution, its on the XBL Arcade and its a motocross game based around a series or courses and skill chellenges, there is also a whole plethora of user-designed tracks on there and some of them are fantastic, think its 1200 points which is about £15 quid or so, worth the purchase I think.

Also if do get it and want to race me on it or other games my XBL gamertag is SelimNiai, just add with a message saying your TRF username else I might ignore it

If you're into manager games you might czech out Battrick.org, its a cricket management game based on Hattrick (soccer) but better IMHO. Currently addicted.

I'm going to play Risen 2 a bit later on, I really want to play a RPG with a really gripping story, last time I did was when I played Dragon Age: Origins... Hopefully Risen 2 can deliver.

Has anyone played Sleeping Dogs? I saw a preview months ago thought it looked really good and forgot about it then I saw it in the shop the other day and am half thinking about getting it so anyone played it?
