yeah all their fault, seems bizarre though when you think that a try was worth the same as a penalty
Ahhh I remember a try used to be worth 4 points. Or is that just me being a bit nuts.[/b]
Building ourselves up for a slam, with Gareth Jenkins in charge? You jest.well you were building yourselves up for a slam before you played us in 2007 so you must have been a bad team.[/b]

There was no rugby played by Wales in 2007, that year was skipped.well you were building yourselves up for a slam before you played us in 2007 so you must have been a bad team.[/b]
No one expects Wales to win the championship so they're under no pressure there, they're just mentioning the (extremely unlikely) possibility to put more pressure on Ireland. The Irish have recent history of going for a Grand Slam and bottling it by a huge margin so it will be at the back of their minds.
Personally I see the Andy Powell injury as a bonus!
I think Wales are more likely to win but the first 20 mins could settle it. Either Ireland go ahead and the nerves settle and they take the Grand Slam or Wales go ahead and it all gets too much for Ireland.[/b]
lol, made me laugh that one. There was no rugby played by Wales in 2007, that year was skipped.[/b]
Well, I guess that's it. It was great while it lasted.Let us look at some facts and figures shall we?
Wales have not beaten Ireland by 13 points for 26 years. Ireland haven't won the Grand Slam in 61 years. Advantage Wales!
Ireland have never beaten a Welsh side which is superior to them. Advantage Wales!
Ireland have only ever won the Grand Slam on March 13. Tomorrow is March 20! Advantage Wales.
I rest my case.[/b]
