Video *EXCLUSIVE* RWC2011 Playtest

Not at all, I just lied. Hey, I could be a trf mod with those kind of qualities.

With an attitude like yours, you could be a Brighton Mod.

In a perfect world, just before a 6 foot rocker kicks you in the head.

Actually there is a chance that he may been able to play in the Irish Gameplay Challenge...

Anyways let try to keep this on topic...

It's just you. They were 80-something. Ranked 4th if I recall.

Is it just me are did Ireland have a rating of 73?

I think that was Italy's rating.

I'm guessing teams like Canada, Georgia, Japan and Tonga are in the 62-68 range, with the States a tiny bit lower followed by Russia and Romania somewhere in the high fifties and Namibia down at around 51.

I'm intruiged to find out.

think Ireland are rated 87 (ranked 4th) with England coming in at 86, possibly the same as France

... can't remem what thread this was confirmed on, the play test one maybe?

Pacey scrummaging? Eh?

In all seriousness - Dan Cole had some wheels on him for a forward - I got a try with him, and he put through Courtney Lawes for another

I think what annoys everyone the most is the fact that everyone thinks they are intitled to a Rugby game that covers everything we want! where in reality we are lucky to be getting 2 Rugby games this year, not 1 but 2 rugby games! I think people should forget about the Rugby game they would make (In my opinion if you can do it better thaen DO IT!!!!!) and be happy that two companys are doing it for us!

I am over the moon, and i wont even be able to play any of the games until mid october!!!!!

Without wishing to appear rude, thats a really poor statement to make. If you ever have a builder work on an extension for you, I take it you will be more than willing to excuse him should his work turn out to be shoddy and below the standard it should be? Of course you will, or you would have done the job yourself right?HB are video game producers and I expect their work to be of a standard comparable to the other sports games in the market. Im not expecting fifa, but neither was I expecting to be playing rugby 08. Im potentially paying for their product as are others, so the fact I could not produce anything better is completely and utterly irrelevant.I sincerely hope you enjoy playing both ***les in October. Shame you have to wait :(

Using that analogy, having the builder on your premises doing the work means you've already made an agreement/committment with them and money will (should) trade hands... you are therefore entitled to expect what you've paid or are paying for.

Having not purchased RWC2011 yet (and I mean anyone here, pre-orders don't count as a transaction hasn't actually been made), you are not entitled to expect anything as a potential consumer. You might hope for certain things, but to expect them when you've made no committment is not justified. Entitlement comes with putting up the goods, not maybe, or just thinking about it.

And although you haven't said it here, for others saying "I'm a consumer, I expect this, they owe me that"... that only applies when you actually do the consuming/buying of said product. In addition, any expectations should always be tempered with fore-knowledge and research into what you're buying, if you buy blind and don't get what you thought you were paying for, that's largely your own fault.
