EXACTLY!!!!

Thats why their is such emotion around Trump, and thats literally why the Dems do it, bombard the media with their hyperbolic view of everything he says, the problem is in 2025 the lie that goes half way round the world backfires when the truth goes viral, like Russian Hooker urinating on him.

The idea of acting dignified, respectfull and countering his vulgerness with comkon sense is not doing nothing, its being the adult in the room and not playing the pathetic game, its rising above. The provlem is in playing his game, the Dems have put themselves in stupid corners, like opposing free speach, worshiping criminals, and promoting political violence, which they dont really stand for but have just been snookered too many times.
how do you explain him being able to convince roughly half of American that the 2020 election was stolen? Is that all down to the Dems reactions to it or could there be other reasons.

The accuracy is that Germany absolutely did not contribute the same as the UK, and the US including every sitting president since has criticised european countries for lack of comitment. Thats absolutely factual, you pretending otherwise makes you look bad.

In your instance there is absolutely no criticism allowed of any combat situation because children die, well thats dumb isnt it.

From your point, Austria sending 8 troops (not specific number)is them fullfilling their NATO obligation, but in reality for every lack of troops or resource, or for every restriction Germany put on their contribution, UK and US soldiers were forced into more dangerous positions and it increased risk and deaths to them. You have to consider both sides, noone is devaluing European contributions when suggesting the US criticism of their lack of comitment has some validity. Its swings and roundabouts.

Knock of the childish insults, and assertion im disparaging soldiers contributions, your looking like a fool for doing so when there has been no sugfestion of that from me whatsoever!
Not going to take lectures on looking bad whilst you aim thinly veiled digs about looking a fool or dumb.

Especially from the guy who's driven people from this forum and is blocked by more people than those prepared to interact with him.

The reason UK troops are deployed to more dangerous areas is because compared to most Nato countries. We are really good at war fighting. Northern Ireland was the perfect training environment for 30 years. For environments involving snipers, IED's etc. A perfectly reasonable tactical decision, and why you wouldn't put the Germans in Helmand etc.

It still doesn't take away from other countries involvement.

But you would absolutely agree that Bush, Obama, Biden etc criticising some European countries like Germany, is valid given the amount of restrictions they put on their involvement?

It wasnt thinly veiled, if your stance is truly no criticism can be placed on any nation or any war because people died, then its a dumb stance absolutely. You decide whether you want to remain in that stance.

You can whinge about me all you like, people block me thats fair if they want to, others are too concerned to comment because of dog piling from the usual suspects, and of the few dissenting voices, thats how these places work. The fact you are incredibly emotional about my critique of what Trump says, despite me not defending it in any way, because its personal to you makes it a you problem, one you can deal with, im not here to appease you, i can absolutely appreciate you efforts previous in serving, and have done so, but that doesnt give you the right to shut down any discussion about NATO allies being criticised by the US for lackijg in comitment! You wouldnt stand in congress shouting how dare they disparage British soldiers by saying some European countries didnt fully fullfil their obligations in 2001, because thats a silly argument.

No, but ive told you before im in alignment with you here, you keep reverting back to 2020 like ive argued in his defence, ive repeatedly criticised what happened then, and agreed with you. As ive criticised him tons of times, like now calling his words "bait" and "hyperbole".

This is why there is so much division, your not discussing my points, as @Saintjay isnt, your arguing against a MAGA version of what you wanted my position to be.

I know you agree with me on this which is exactly why I asked you how do you explain the fact he’s convinced almost half of America of his lie that 2020 was stolen?
