USA Rugby say breaches of code of conduct, Ive heard he missed compulsory training sessions. I don't think we'll ever know 100% though

If that is true then that is bad for a captain. That is totally the example you want to give to younger players and players around you isn't it ?

Anyway - the guy's started to do a lot of harm in terms of ref management in recent years.

I'm sorry, i didn't see it ... I'll look harder next time.

Great to see that the player is not bigger than the game in the US; I can't help thinking that the Wallabies would be in much better shape if the culture in their playing group/management supported disaplinary action more.

So they should ignore the fact that he failed to turn up to two separate training sessions? (the second one he missed after being warned for missing the first).
