[2015 RWC] Pool B: Samoa vs. USA (20/09/2015)

How are none of the refs noticing how far offside the USA are

That no.10 rolling around? Haha

Edit: Clancy made a strange decision. Never a pen.

A minor impact that you're not braced for because you don't see it coming can hurt a hell of a lot more than a hard hit you see coming and are braced for.

How awesome is the Amex stadium?!

Need to get Quins to play some games there...

Nice little kick through there. Too bad it was against the USA though, heh.

Commentators were saying that the in-goal area is very short, I think only about 8 meters.

I wouldn't really like that, myself.

The in goal area are small in most of the premiership grounds.

Only the larger grounds (twickenham, millennium) have the larger areas.

Nani-Williams strong at the back as he always was for the Chiefs. I know he's of small stature, but I always thought he was so wasted at 15. At least he hasn't been plonked on the bench which is what happens to him the other half of the time.

Good to see Tim Nani Williams playing, big fan of his, followed him since Counties days. This pool will probably come down to PD I think, each team likely to cut each others throats, so getting a decent score + bonus point here is crucial for Samoa.

USA look like they stayed out drinking until about 3 a.m. or so.

Really poor stuff from them so far.

I just think it's all about having that exposure to high level rugby. At times the USA have looked knackered, and I can't really blame them.

Is there interest enough in an AP game there?

Don't know - the U20's 6N game there was well attended, and I'd imagine there would be some residual interest after the RWC.
West Sussex provides Quins with a ****load of their players...
