Under 20 Six Nations

Thought Mitchell was poor. Just wandering how many of the Irish team went to school in England as I know Dow did.

Dow, Cullen, Romaine and Arnold.

O'Hagan might have been a fifth but for injuries this season.

He did? That's unusual, usually only the host broadcastor gives motm and RTE gave it to Ringrose.
Mitchell won the "BMW MOTM" according to the RFU twitter - must be a MOTM specifically for the England side as BMW are our main sponsor for the age grades.

If anyone's wondering why Mitchell had the 70s headband on, it's because his ear got torn in half against Italy:

Gnarly.

Ear injuries are a weird one... they're rare, but when they happen by **** do you know about it!

Wales v Ireland kicking off at 7:45.

Wales 3 - 0 Ireland. Good scrum from Wales.

Once again England seemed determined to throw a game away by giving away a constant stream of penalties. These English players really need to sort out their discipline, it has already cost them one game and brought another much closer than it should have been.

Wales 6 - 3 Ireland. Wales dominating so far. Poor game to watch.

Welsh scrum ridiculously dominant. Lovely try by Owen Watkins at end of first half.

Love that Welsh try. Why don't the Irish offload a bit more to interlink and keep play going? It's turgid considering we're supposed to have a star studded backline.

They can't get the ball. Simple as that and the 9, 10 are playing poorly.

Yeah so keep it in hand when you have it. We just keep going to ground ruck after ruck. We should be avoiding these areas if we're getting dominated so easily up front.

Ugh, constant one off runners followed by box kicks or kicks from the 10. Our back three don't even seem competent in the air to be a challenge on those kicks.

Welsh forwards and backs are equally comfortable with ball in hand. Really good to see.

Pretty sure Fitzgerald or whoever the Irish winger was could've reached his arm out to touch the ball down for a try.
