Kicks off this weekend

Friday 3rd January
Yorkshire Academy v Leicester Tigers – 7pm

Saturday 4th January
Bristol Bears v Saracens – 3pm
Exeter Chiefs v Bath – 2pm
Harlequins v Gloucester – 1pm

Sunday 5th January
Sale Sharks v Northampton Saints – 1pm

Some big names to be noticed
There's a young Johnson starting at lock for Tigers, a young Mears and a young Hooper for Bath; and surely others I haven't noticed.
In terms of names for the future, I can only really talk about Bath players; keep an eye out for McKnight at lock, Linegar at FH, and Treacey at IC. Aidan Pugh on the bench also has some noise around him, though I don't remember seeing him in action myself yet. There's also Sam Winters and Oscar Thomas - neither of whom are playing this week (same disclaimer for Thomas as for Pugh, but Winters is mustard!)

There's a young Welsh fly half for Quins called Math Jones who's gone to some school called Gordon's or some ****. Hoping he's legit.

There's a joke there somewhere about Jiffy shouting "NUMBERS"
Seeing as I came across this guy on WOL I naturally assumed it was one of the many, standard, spelling mistakes and his name was Matt but they actually got his name right.

From a fan who was there

49-14 FT.
In my very amateur view, Bath forward domination has delivered a good platform for a variety of tries. Good possession, accurate and organised. Bris have looked spirited in the backs and gone close a few times but inaccurate in comparison.
Place kicking all good from both teams. Bris subs made a difference up front in the set piece but not enough to change the game.

Bolded are changes from last week
The game will shown live on Harlequins' YouTube.

Forgot about this on Sunday/
First 90 seconds are all Bath, collect their own kick-off, stretch quins side to side, but one offload too many when playing with a penalty advantage.
Then a nasty looking injury to (I think) George Chandler (Quins 3) - stretcher on, and delay is 20 minutes and counting - hope he's okay, looks like he hurt himself in the tackle.

Interesting Leicester have Martin Johnson's son starting on the flank and Sam Vesty's lad is playing for us not Northampton
Have you got something for this weekend?
I'm not even seeing a fixture list, let alone team announcements.

ETA: Found one - no matches this week, presumably you're just catching up then
