England under-20s - forwards: Bob Baker (London Wasps); Calum Clark (Leeds Carnegie); Peter Elder (London Wasps); Arthur Ellis (London Wasps); James Gaskell (Sale Sharks); Jamie George (Saracens); Shaun Knight (Gloucester Rugby); Ben Moon (Exeter Chiefs); Josh Ovens (Bath Rugby); Tom Sargeant (Harlequins); Dan Williams (Gloucester Rugby); Chris York (Harlequins).
Backs: Freddie Burns (Gloucester Rugby); Tom Casson (Saracens); Rory Clegg (Newcastle Falcons); Sam Harrison (Leicester Tigers); Will Hurrell (Leicester Tigers); George Lowe (Harlequins); James Short (Saracens); Seb Stegmann (Harlequins); Greig Tonks (Leicester Tigers); Dan White (Leeds Carnegie).

Know all these 3.

Arthur I played with since I was 7 at Richmond.

Chris York came down for a training session one time a few years ago. But he ended up at Dorking. Played against him this time last year and he's got a massive handoff.

George Lowe I've played against since I was 7.. he was the star player for Cobham who were our biggest rivals. Played against him this time last year as well, dropped a pass in the centre and watched as he picked it up and ran the length to score. Seriously good player, very quick and great step.

How good is that England squad? I'm not at all familiar with them.

well. They've won 2 out of 2 games so far so that's always good news. Of the ones I've heard of:

Arthur Ellis is a very confrontational hooker.. his brother Hugo you may have heard of. Hugo Ellis has the talent to make it at the top, but seems to be short of oppurtunities at Wasps. Arthur's got less ability but I reckon more will; I think he'll go far.

Rory Clegg has already got plenty of 1st team games at Newcastle and has played well. So he's a prospect.

Chris York is good but not great; I don't think he'll make it.

And George Lowe is another to watch out for, because he's very classy. Don't know the rest I'm afraid.

6-5 to Ireland not long into the 2nd half. Two Ian McKinley penalties to one Josh Ovens try. England are supposedly well on top in all facets bar the one that matters- the scoreboard.

It's now 16-8 to Ireland with about 20 minutes to go. England have a player in the sin bin. This Ireland team have come a long way since being trounced by a Leinster A side not long before Christmas.

England fight back to take the lead by 18-16 with about 5 minutes to go.

Ireland win 19-18! England outscored the hosts by 3 tries to 1 but are left to rue missed kicks.

Apparently Ian McKinley had an excellent game - I'm assuming my friend meant McKinley when he texted me the name Ian Makinkex. Damn predictive texts!

Fair play to Madigan, Huge Last minute drop goal for the win and he slots it with ease!

scrappy match today between France and Wales, too many errors from both sides, neither side dominant in the scrum, not been impressed with Cazenave the French scrum half, poor distribution and decision making. Nothing from Goujon who looked impressive in the Irish match and as I type he comes to life with a surging break.

16-6 to France at half time, the try coming just before the break but wouldn't have come at all had the ref been on his game, he really should have pinged Thomas for a high tackle on the French centre but instead of giving the penalty he gave Wales a scrum for the knock on, off the scrum Cazenave was all over the Knoyle and managed to get possession and put Lapandry away for the try, probably deserved on the balance of play.

20 minutes left now, France 26-6 ahead, adding a counter attack try just after the break and a further penalty.

quality try from Wales, Tpiuric I think it was, good break, selling the dummy and a sidestep to finish off the move, but France straight up the other end with another try, Wales failing to take the kickoff and France spreading the ball wide and finishing off in the corner.
