TRF Tri Nations Fantasy Rugby

Well have a good hooliday Woosah, let me know your pass and I'll change your team for you real good I promise!

I agree with TheBokke that it's really easy on the money front this time round. I remember in earlier comps you had to scrape and jiggle wisely with your budget to ensure you had the best possible coverage, it did add a very important competitive streak into the mix.

Gavin welcome to the forum, you can still join, however it is pretty pointless unless you want to play the game for the next couple of rounds, get a feel for it and hone your skills for the next comp. the future for these comps looks promising after the turnout for this one. PM me if you are interested.

What will happpen this weekend though? WIll TheBokke cling on to the all important top position. I've received a PM a while ago that said watch out for Raupo **** Drinkers and it seems the man wasn't joking either having shot up several positions already. Hopefully I can keep Transilvanian dream from taking my position!

you do know woosaah that there is no game next week right. :D

yeah the cash is been relatively easy this time around. I think that is because there are quite a few more cheap guys than normal. and not just in one position pretty much across the board there are cheap guys that start so you can pick them and splash out in other areas like the backs.

turnout has been awesome for this comp. there will proabbly be an end of year tour comp as well I think which will really test the rugby brain.

yeah i realised that there was no game this coming weekend after i posted, but was 2 lazy to change it

havnt been able to watch any games this weekend, bar the second half of the parramatta game :)

Damn it even with a full side I suck. 1600 points what a crap score for the week.

Damn you Januarie for not getting on the field.

I was pleasantly surprised to see I won the round, especially after I didn't think I did too well, pity I didn't stick with gerrard, o well,

Me and Esoj's both on 11 355, just 20 behind TheBokke, what a tight comp this is turning out to be!

yeah lol. I wish had goten gerrad too. took the punt on lote and it didn't come off. also went one game to far with giteau and gregan but oh well. very happy with more score it wasn't good but it wasn't shockingly bad like i thought it was.

very tight at the top for sure.

Well done Quintes :bravo:

I had a minor slip up this week but i'm still there abouts .... so it's all good.

ps. Whats with this QKXV?, after your fight to save Teh Mite you go and do this... hmm i think someone might have to start a save Quintes thread.

get ready for your trades, game is back on this weekend :D

yeah after this round is locked you get more. most people proabbly will be down to their last few or have none left after selecting their team this week. my team is selected and ready to go and I am one of those that have 0 trades left now.

I've only got 6 trades, and the last time I changed my sqaud was before the OZ vs. SA match?! :(

I think you'll get some new trades after lockdown for this round, hopefully you had enough OZ players that's in the starting ine-up for Saturday meaning that you'll only have to change the bok players you had.

TO those who forgot...93hrs 55mins left to make selections for Round 6 !!!

Luckily I had enough Oz players in my team to make a complete squad, and I did a little trading here and there combined with a little bit off math to include two key players.

I don't know how but in experimenting with my team, comparing costs etc I managed to waste 2 of my transfers, thankfully had 1 left for last transfer.

Team complete and ready for next round. I think this will be the big round and should make for some changes at the top. The guys mid table will either not be able to handle the pace or make make for a late surge and suprise the leaders.

I reckon this round will be crucial as we are now into the business end of the competition so good luck boys!!
