It's precisely the kind of move England should be very worried about. Retaining regulars should be easy enough.

But we really don't want next generation players who aren't quite there yet, but heading towards the fringes deciding to cash in. (Especially 12s!)

A new environment should help develop them as players, but I don't think J Willis will be the last to decide that the bank balance and lifestyle in peak years is more important than anything else.

It's a big issue - basically will be those on central contracts and everyone else will be way below the quality.
 
Sorry @Geordie, but feels like a good move for him.

Haven't seen much of him recently but there was a lot to like about the way he played, albeit darts were pretty lousy. Tigers are generally pretty hot on the set piece so I guess he's either better or they at least think there's enough to work with.

And although Dan's got a central contract, there are definitely England places up for grabs.
