He may well have but I'd be surprised as he's still relatively young and has a lot to offer. They were in a real mess when he took over and the sport in general is declining in Oz so not exactly ideal conditions for the head coach of the national side.

Can't see any benefit for Frawley moving, he's had a disappointing second half of the season where he's fallen behind Reid in the 10 pecking order but he'll be clear third choice 10 next season unless Harry Byrne absolutely rips it up. There should be openings for him at fullback as well.

Long term I could see him leaving because I think the two Byrne brothers will be No1/2 at 10 but short term he'd be mad to leave.
