Transfers rumours

Yeah I could see it being one of those above teams. Don't think the guy has that much ambition. Actually Bristol I could definitely believe. He'd probably be on even more than at Bordeaux.

To be fair I think he has ambition. He wants to be a 10 but hasn't the kicking game required to be at top of food chain.
Biggest worry is he has never been seen as the man under any coach he's played under.

Pat Lambie and Cobus Reinach - Saints

would love to see that and might do the Springboks some good having a half back partnership working together in the premiership.

Knowing saints though nothing will come of the deal and we'll be stuck with Myler next season

First I've heard of Packman moving... couldn't see anything about it after a search either.

Don't think Stephenson should be regarded as a perma-crock like Fraser or Trinder just yet.

I think Saints have the players it's just the 10 shirt that has become the issue.

Mallinder, Stephenson, Estelles and Nafi can all make up a quality backline it's about who takes up the 10 shirt.

Wouldn't be that keen on Madigan but wouldn't say no to him, much more keen of Lambie and Reinach taking the halfbacks but not sure how reliable this is.

Saints
Sale
Quins
Prob likely destinations

Maybe Worcs or Bristol.

Saints signing a maverick Irish 10 who's probably better suited for 12?... He'd be a better fit than JJ in all seriousness, an improvement on Myler's goal kicking and therefore an improvement on every aspect of Myler's play!

Is Madigan's goal kicking legit?
I always presumed it was pretty average but I think that's because I automatically place flyhalves into dull-but-good-kickers and livewires-but-poor-kickers
Gopperth vs Cipriani, if you will

Probably his best attribute, definitely better than Gopperth's. Hits mid 80 percentages I think off the top of my head.
