big defensive issues though. I just watched a couple of their games the last two days, and despite bulking up, up front last year compared to the previous year, notably with J.B. Poux at the left of the scroom; and despite yes as you say being a force on attack, they did lack organization, consistency and defensively they sometimes looked like a mess and would concede a series of tries for no good reason.
I hope to see them a lot more serious in some of those departments this year, but definitely a team I'll be watching. Have liked them a lot the past couple of years, with Lopez in 2012, Pierre Bernard last year. This year they add Beauxis. Pierre Bernard btw, a very underrated fly-half, of course in the world as nobody knows him, but also in France. Ppl all talk about the FTD, Camille Lopez, Talès but leave Mr. Bernard out all too often.
Btw, another guy who's been very underrated is Gaëtan Germain from Brive. Finished top of the league in total points, one superbly efficient penalty kicker. Adds bulk and size to a team, good under the high ball. 1m90, 100kg. Still young (24yo). Can run a little bit too. Very solid fullback.
