I second that....head highs can be penalised and are a tactical decision which involves risk. So we need them.

The only thing that seems a bit unfair at times is the early tackle. However even that is a tactical risk as sometimes you dive and miss....leaving a big hole.

...so unlike JLR it looks like R2006 has got it right with fairness.
