Hi! I'm Luca from Turin, Italy!
Great forum and greetings to all members!

Thanks for such a warm welcome! It's great to come across a web community that isn't filled with *****ing and back-biting, and comments such as "OmG Teh Xbox IS tEH SUXxxors!!!1111!!"

I must say that being told I had to stop playing rugby laid me low for a good week - especially since it was right in the middle of the Six Nations, so I had plenty of reminders of what I'd be missing out on! The thing is, I reckon I was pretty lucky in the grand scheme of things - could have been a dislocated shoulder popping in and out for the rest of my life, or (god forbid) my neck.

And Webby, just a bit of advice from an old man - make sure that whatever you do for the next two years at uni (academically or otherwise), that you enjoy it! There's nothing worse than spending a year slogging through a module on the basis of the Early Modern English family, when you'd much rather be studying 60s Britain. Moreover you'll probably be crap at it if you've no interest in it - you only get one chance so make the most of it!

Listen to me, perhaps I should have studied philosophy?!

Hence the reason to stop doing history. I find out I just don't care. English is the way to go seeing as I can procrastinate with the best of 'em.

Feel for you on the rugby front, haven't played properly myself for two and a half seasons because of a shoulder that kept popping in and out. Luckily mine has been 'fixed' now, although if it happens again I know I'm going to have to call time on my career.

Hopefully I'll only ever have to imagine how gut wrenching that must be.

I still regret not going to Uni, all those loose women I missed out on... :(

Making 5 spam posts doesn't count as posting 5 times.

True. My first posts were short and were not accepted.
But this system is quite bad.
why can't we post normally?

Your obviously going to be a lurker on the forum, the problem with lurkers on forums are that they don't bring anything to community... The ONLY forums you can't post/view are the rugby gaming forums, you can comment on Rugby Games.

Hey everybody,

I'm P.J. I started playing rugby a few months ago and have been loving it. The way I learned the most was by playing rugby '06. It really made the game come quickly to me. Anyway, I'm only really doing this so I can read about rugby '08. Nice meeting you all though.

Well Cheers for being honest...

But are you sure you really want to be a lurker on these boards... As this is a community and to be a community you have to contribute, if you don't contribute your cheating the community and therefore shouldn't be part of the community...

I am not having a go at just you but you need to contribute to the forum to benefit from it...

But anyways Welcome to the forum... There is plenty on this forum for all so please have a look around you will find something that you may enjoy
