My Grandad had one several christmas ago, but it was on the main artury of the heart, so gave him chest pains on christmas day, and then on boxing day they discovered it and gave emergency surgery and he was lucky enough to be ok, because by the time the surgeon got inside him it had only seconds before it burst killing him in about 3 seconds...

They can be found in so many people and they will live without knowing they have it and live a healthy life...

my mom has aneurysm, but she went and did this operation.. i forgot what they're called, but they basically inserted ***anium wires inside the veins on her brain, they made a coil around those spots that were very weak.. to strengthen them.. people can just die on the spot like that.. she were complaining of this constant headache and then went to the doctor, doctor went on to did a full scan (MRI and all shits) and found this out.. it's a good thing they found it.. we (or the insurance rather) spent more than 20,000 ish pound for the ops...
